Fill out the New Client Questionnaire to detail the trip(s) you want to book or to find out where I think you should go, based on your interests and budget.  I’ll call or email you (based on your preference) for a quick chat to get things going. 

After our initial conversation, I will begin pricing out the basic elements of your trip and send you an estimate of what it will cost and/or what dates would be best to travel to save money or to have the best experience.   

This $50 fee will be requested up front. 

The $50 Hourly Rate for Trip Planning will be broken down into 15 minute segments.  The client will receive an invoice with the number of hours calculated and accounted for.  

I will send you on an amazing "surprise" vacation based on your travel likes and dislikes as well as on the vacation budget that you give me. (If you have a friend or loved one you’d like me to consult to make sure I’m creating a great trip for you, for peace of mind, I’m all in.)  All you'll have to do is show up at the Airport with your passport. 

You will have the choice to use your own Credit Cards / Points or to have everything purchased / reserved for you by the Company.  

If you decide to have the Company purchase / reserve for you, you will need to pay a Deposit of 50% of the expected costs (as determined by the Basic Research) up front. 

If you decide to book yourself, you will need to pay a $150 Deposit for Trip Planning Services.  If the hourly rate does not reach $150 in total, you will be refunded 100% of the remaining Deposit.
